Andrew..Andrew….ANDREW!!!! Ok we have been Sprint/T-Mobile customers for over 20 + years. The customer service has been “hit and miss” at best through our entire relationship with the company…but let me tell you something here… Andrew at the Auburn In. store is completely amazing as a customer service representative. Whoever is the boss at this store needs to give this man a promotion and a raise!!! He is so knowledgeable and extremely attentive to any customer that walks through the door. We walked in wanting to upgrade 3 phones on our account and my lovely wife wanted a new smart watch. It took a long time to get everything done and Andrew stayed focused with us the entire time ensuring we knew exactly how to work our new devices, what the exact details of our bill would be etc… This was the BEST customer services we have had with this company in the 20 + years we’ve been with them. Today, she went above and beyond by making a second phone call to her remote team. This was to ensure that the process I was pursuing was followed through with immediately. She immediately saw a red flag after the first call, and suggested we do the second one for thoroughness. Read moreI usually enjoy going into Sprint here in auburn but this past experience i had was just anything but enjoyable. Normally I deal with Ross and he is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Well yesterday i was "helped" by a (im assuming new) associate Jay. He was extremely rude. Treated me as if i was an inconvenience for him when all i was having him do was transfer me phones. Take literally 2 minutes. Needless to say he didn't do it and i went to ft wyn to have them do it.
