Rent-A-Center……See the section on STAFF!!! So where do I begin? As you all know I am brutally honest with my reviews so let’s get to it. We have been customers with RAC for many years now with a variety of different items.

Affordability: If you go “full term” with the items then yes you pay “approximately” double what you would just buying these items item outright in the store. However, if you are shopping at RAC then you obviously cannot afford to buy the item outright so please don’t complain about prices being outrageous!!! If you do then you should just go to another store and buy the item. The 6 months same as cash option is GREAT. You will pay more in Interest if you use “most” credit cards to purchase these items in a different store and pay the balance off slowly over 6 months. So this option is the way to go.

Availability: I’ve read some other reviews, have seen some complaints on this point and I “understand” but do not agree with all the points. Being a customer with RAC for so many years helps me understand this issue and if you find something “online” and want it, then please expect them to have to order some of the items. These stores are NOT large enough to hold every item they carry online…..this is NOT Walmart or BestBuy, they are not a warehouse superstore so please take this into account.

Delivery: We have never had any issues with the delivery side of this. The crews have always been friendly and helpful. You select from a set of available window times, they show up with your items, bring them inside and help set them up if necessary.

Staff: Ok this is the one I REALLY want to dig into here. Let me tell you something about it…. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the manager COREY is TOP NOTCH!!! This gentleman goes above and beyond to help his customers with any needs or if any issues arise. He keeps the store organized, clean and as stocked as they possibly can. Corey is willing and able to help anyone to the absolute best of his abilities. SIDE NOTE TO THE STORE OWNER/CORPORATE….This man needs a promotion and raise. He is the person you want standing up and representing RAC!!!! Corey always has a smile on his face and he doesn’t dismiss anyone. He is very attentive and stays with his customers every single step of the way. Corey is not a pushy salesman he lets you pick out what you want and if you are indecisive, then he will take some ideas of what you are looking for and guide you to a couple different options. I honestly could go on and on about how fantastic Corey is at this location but I would just keep repeating myself over and over again. No matter how much we would hate to lose Corey at this store, this man needs to be in an office on the corporate level for sure!!!!

So in summary, if you need/want anything, and simply do not have the cash in your account to buy it right now, go see Corey and the rest of the associates at the Auburn RAC….you won’t be disappointed with...

If I could give more stars I would! The atmosphere here is very welcoming and friendly. The guys in there really know what they are doing and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of! I had purchased a sectional from rac and I do love it, but needed something a little different for my living area, and they took it upon themselves to work a great deal out with me and make sure I am 110% happy! I cannot be any more happier and...

I purchased 6 pieces of furniture a little over a year ago and as recent as yesterday i paid it off. I, on more than one occasion ran into some financial hardships and the way Jason and Tiffany always helped me to work around those so I could still feel comfortable knowing I wasnt going to lose my furniture wasvery professional and comforting. I will be doing bussiness with them again!!!...
