On Friday I went into the TCC store in auburn to open a new Verizon account. We had to switch carriers for service purposes. I arrived about an hour before closing (I really had no idea how long it took to transfer service!) and told Nathan that I needed to transfer over 4 lines. I told him that my husband was leaving out of town for the weekend so I could just do his phone and come back the next day. Nate wasn’t having that. He told me that he didn’t mind staying to make sure we got the best deals since they had to be processed together. He stayed WAY beyond closing to make sure all of our phones were set up and all discounts and deals were in place. He was funny and kept us laughing the whole time! It was by far the easiest process I’ve been through with a phone company. He walked me through everything and explained everything in detail so I wouldn’t be surprised by anything! Told me what to expect for my first couple of bills. I kept apologizing for coming in last minute and he kept saying it was ok not to worry! The customer service was amazing! 5 stars just...

I ended up being there way longer than I expected because of a few hiccups on MY end and Matt even ended up staying 20 minutes over after the store was closed to make sure I had everything set up on my new phone. I brought my child with me and we were there for a while and he started getting hungry and Matt even went in the back and brought him out a piece of pizza because he felt bad because we couldn’t leave yet since I was setting up a new phone and he kept saying how patient and amazing my son was being. He was so kind and amazing! He was the only employee working and it got super busy in the store and he was making time for everyone and always apologizing! I had no idea that I was eligible for the current promo and walked in anticipating paying upfront for a new phone but instead was able to get a new phone for free. Matt could have upsold me on additional storage but instead took the time to look into how much storage I had used on my current phone and let me know that I shouldn’t have any issues with the base storage amount. He transferred all my info from my old phone and got me set up with my charging accessories, case, and screen protector with no hassle and even offered me a discount on some of my purchases. Matt answered any and all of my questions and, even when stepping aside to help other customers, was extremely attentive and just never missed a beat....
