Cricket Wireless (Auburn Indiana) really outdid themselves with their recent event offering free book bags, school supplies, snacks, drinks, and even pizza! It was such a generous and community-spirited event, and my kids were so excited. It definitely took a load off my mind as we get ready for the school year.

A huge highlight was the free haircuts – all three of my children got their hair cut by Dante, who was not only incredibly skilled but also had such a welcoming and happy personality. He did an amazing job, and my kids are thrilled with their new looks.

The employees at Cricket Wireless were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. It's clear they care about the community and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. By far the worst experience I've had anywhere. The lady who was working did not have a name tag but did state she was the manager. The name on the receipt says brandee. This lady was not only rude the second I walked in but messed up upgrading my phone and switching my account. She ended up disconnecting another phone. She was not only rude the whole time but even yelled at me across the store while she was with another customer. I did contact cricket they told me she was not the manger so I hope to get in touch with the manager soon. Wife went in to switch to my account and buy a new phone. Lady named brandee was extremely rude from the second we walked in while she was with another customer. Not only did she disconnect and upgrade a different phone she yelled at my wife that it was her fault. Never doing business at this location again. She told us she was the manager.
