I didn't get a response about the training and the frustration and "perceived" sounds like corporate talk owner. The 4 managers do NOT know how to train - red flag - they are always hiring. Did not get a response because I "perceive" you to think I am a disgrunted ex employee. Get a good trainer or close that store. It is a disgrace. The managers roll their eyes, have no patience and are only interested in one thing - look good on the outside but don't tell your employees what the heck is in that back room which is disgustingly unorganized and none of the managers told me where things were. You better talk to them about training - none of them no how to do it - not 2 days. I can get better large size closes at Boscov's and your manager told me your clothes were better quality- well not on your life - the zipper broke on my beautiful overpriced jacket (thank goodness I was still an employee). I finally picked out what I was looking for and proceeded to go the counter. Sat the item on the counter and 2 cashiers was at the register looking over their payroll. Never acknowledged me and kept talking about a red line they saw during their clock in and clock out procedure. Stood there for 2 minutesT and decided to leave.
