Disgusted. Extremely rude staff. They close at 6pm. My friend and I were there at 5pm. We were in there for 20 minutes and the girls at the register were glaring at us the entire time. I was on the phone making sure I was getting the right product; and the girl at the register said that they close in 15 minutes because they close the register 30 minutes before closing. When I finally went to make my purchase, the little one at the register said that my purchase wasn’t returnable (I never asked) and not even try, to come back and try to return it because it’s printed on the recite. There is one young woman in here who really knows her stuff, and everyone else is guessing. On multiple occasions I've been given information on base tones and darkness, only to get it home and use it, and discover that info was bunk (i.e. most recently the cashier used the swatch to tell me a specific dye had a blue base, but after using on my hair it's obvious that base is green).
