Gretchen's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Augusta

I just had to leave this review for the service I received today in the Hallmark store in Augusta, GA. I normally have good service at this location but today's visit was exceptional. Makalah was the young attendant that helped me. The store was in a bit a disarray due to them switching out their seasonal merchandise. Makalah was friendly, attentive, and she graciously helped me locate the items I couldn't find (as the store was a bit out of order). I am obsessed with this store. I have always been a fan of Hallmark stores, they just hit different for me. The staff are always really helpful and kind. They are always willing to help and check if they have something in stock or not. They have a decent selection of all different types of cards. They also offer different selections for all different budgets as well. If you search for cards often it is worth becoming a hallmark member because you get extra discounts for cards and/or items in the store. I swear Hallmark comes out with cuter...

I always enjoy shopping at Amy's Hallmark Shop. When you enter you're greeted with 'Welcome to Amy's'. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. They offer their assistance and if you tell them you're fine they leave you alone. If help is needed they try to provide it to the best of their ability. There are a wide variety of gifts offered in addition to the wonderful cards in stock. I hope this store will be around for...
