Absolutely 0 stars. So I went to target tonight with my 3 young children to make myself happy and go get me two books which is my favorite thing to do. Well I didnât grab a cart bc I was only getting two things and leaving, well my youngest is my daughter and she is 3 so at the check out I was trying to get my Apple Pay to work and my daughter was clearly in my view and she was taking the skittles and putting them in the m&m box. So all I hear is the lady saying Maâam, maâam really loud enough to think I thought she was talking to me so I turned around to watch her go over to my 3 year old snatch the candy out of her hand and say we donât rearrange the candy. Like first my thing was she could have politely tapped me and said can you ask babygirl not to do that and I would have gave my sincere apologies and would have made my daughter put it back bc sheâs 3 and she still being taught how to do things right in the store. But to address her and not me the mother was just unacceptable and rude and she made a bigger deal then what it needed to be and the way everyone was looking at me I was so embarrassed that I left my books grabbed my kids and went home. Even on my way out a customer stopped me and told me that what she did was completely unnecessary. Like to mom shame me in your store was beyond hurtful especially bc I only came to get my books and enjoy my night but that was totally ruined for me. I called guest service and the lady was so sweet and definitely understood my feelings. So I just wanted to write this and let you know that your employee was out of line and all she had to do was address me first but to leave your store with tears was...
Read moreThe one star is for the nice lady that eventually checked us out. My family and I went to Target tonight and had a very rare splurge shopping trip after a very bad week. The store was not busy and we went to the available self checkout which is what we do everywhere we shop when available. I was almost done scanning and bagging everything when, who I assume was the manager, came up and cancelled my transaction and made me put everything back in my cart. I had not seen the 10 items or less sign, which was most definitely my fault, but seeing as how there was no one waiting and I was almost done, I donât see the reason I couldnât just finish. I had to then go wait in the only open line for a real person to rescan everything. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary and a waste of time for me and the lady that had to recheck me back out. I donât know why Target would penalize people who want to spend more money. There is a way to approach people and speak to them without being condescending and arrogant. This lady did not possess those skills. I know that Target could not possibly care less, but this upset me and I wonât be coming back to this location. My Karen...
Read moreI visited Target today and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. The aisles were easy to navigate, and everything was clearly labeled and well-stocked.
The staff at Target were also incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance finding something, they were more than happy to help. They even went out of their way to check the stockroom for an item I was looking for, and they found it quickly.
What's more, the checkout process was a breeze. The cashier was efficient and pleasant, and I didn't have to wait in line for long. I also appreciated the option to use self-checkout, which made the process even faster.
Overall, my experience at Target was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and well-organized, and the checkout process was quick and easy. I will definitely be returning to Target for all of my...
