I will not recommend this place, run from it!!! 2 weeks ago I purchased a sectional living room and coffee tables for the total of $2,500. They informed me that they didnāt have delivery to the city of Chicago. Which I had no problem. They asked me to come back to get the furniture a week later because they didnāt have it in stock. The following weekend my husband went to pick it up to find out that they were giving us the floor display and we needed to bring our own wrapping/shipment equipment (To protect the furniture) to transport the furniture (We live 40 miles away). We decided to cancel the contract since in the contract didnāt stayed that we were buying the floor display, if we were aware of that we would of bring the furniture that same day we purchased it.
We put a $500 downpayment with a debit card. The day we cancelled they said our payment was process as credit NOT debit! So when they did the refund they have to do it as credit!!! WE DO NOT OWN A CREDIT CARD!!!! Itās being 5 days and we still donāt have our money back. Call the store and they keep telling me it was accredited to my credit card. I called chase bank and they canāt trace anything coming back from the store... I donāt have my money and the manager didnāt seem to help nor care about the issue. NO QUALITY SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!

Noone from the store ever called with the status after 12 weeks I called and got the run around. I gave them yet a second chance and was told the furniture would be in the weekend of Thanksgiving, no furniture or call I then went into the store to cancel the order Three days later the furniture arrives and I get a phone call amazingly so I agree to take the furniture and told them my fiance would pick up. We picked the furniture up it was all packaged up. We get the furniture home and unpacking and discover the sofa had been ripped on the front leg seam. I then contacted lamphere's with the findings and was told to send an email with pictures in which I did right away, and asked for a phone call. Time had passed and still no call or response to the email On Wednesday my fiance goes to get a response and the customer service was Horrible! If you want quality service and furniture this is not the place to look..

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWaiting time was terrible and so was the service. We went in to get a table and were offered the floor model. We passed because the floor model had a chip we decided to order and wait. We waited the month they told us it would take it went well beyond that we called multiple times and got the same " they had no updates and would have to talk to the owner and call us back". We never got a call back any of those times. We moved since that time and we called again finally were told it was in. We went to pick it up half way there they told us they didn't have it and asked if it was the floor model we wanted! We told them no we waited so long bc we specifically didn't want the floor model. They then said they had it and to come we came picked it up and left. We got home and looked it and and there was the same chip as the original floor model! It wasn't even worth calling to complain no one gets back to you and all the waisted time for the same chip!!! I wouldn't be surprised if we were given the floor model....
