Ocon's Creations — Local services in Aurora Township

I recently hired Ocons Creations for Quinceañera event, we had high hopes since they were highly recomended and well known with our friends and family and their work looks great, unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

We paid full price for a range of services including ceiling draping and a fabric back drop, these two decoration services where the most important things we wanted to incorporate to our event and unfortunately this services where not provided as previously discussed, leaving us very upset.

When we tried contacting Juan concerning this he ignored our calls all day before the event, adding extreme anxiety and stress the night before the event. However we were promised by the venue owner (the person that recommended Juan to us) that it would be completed the morning of the event, we trusted it would get done, however an hour before the event we realized he did not fully drape the ceiling instead he hung 4-5 pieces of fabric and the back drop had 1-2 pieces of fabric hanging from wooden frames instead of the curtain of fabrics we had agreed upon.

The lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on promises significantly impacted our event. The stress and anxiety that came from this unfortunate experience affected us greatly and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable ...

This company is a fraud. They rented chairs from our business a number of times and months later, initiated withdrawal of two payments, a total of - $1,519.01. When contacted, owner claimed that his account was hacked and he is presently talking to his bank and we are sure to get our money returned. He never returned the money since December 2024, and never responded to our messages again. If you must do business with them take cash!

He had once refused to return our chiavari chairs for over a month and it was when he was told that we would contact our lawyers that he returned them and gave us some stories. He also pleaded to continue business with him which we did without knowing that he was planning even worst fraud against our company. Juan and his team at Ocon’s Creations did a fantastic job with our wedding décor! From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive and professional. He took the time to visit every venue we considered, making sure every detail would fit perfectly with our vision. Even when we made major changes along the way, Juan adapted with a smile and delivered beyond our expectations.
