10/10. Just go buy one of their boards. Seriously. Don’t even finish reading this review just gooooo. Unmatched customer service, reasonable prices, they stand behind their products, are locally rooted and active in the local community. I really view this company as an industry disruptor. There is no one in the Texas paddle board game right now quite like them. They are growing rapidly too. I’m customer experience junky and a paddle board newb and really wanted someone that could guide me through the process and have a board that held up well without having to pay BOTE level prices. Well that’s exactly what I got with Austin Paddle Co! They gave me a great board that I am obsessed with. Since I am a beginner, I’ve had a ton of questions on how to best get started, how to pump up my board, etc. Whenever I hit them up they always respond within MINUTES and never make me feel like I’m a bother. They also actually have tutorials online and they do community paddle meet ups! They even told me they would patch my board or help me repair it if I ever run into any issues. I’m so much more at peace knowing I bought a product that someone stands behind and has customer support than buying a used board from Facebook marketplace that could be in goodness knows what kind...

My experience with Austin Paddle Co was amazing! Brad was great to work with, very professional and informative. I was hesitant at first because I didn't think inflatables would be very durable but after speaking with Brad and then taking one out on the water I was quickly convinced.

Their Paddle Boards are extremely durable and jam packed with features which pleasantly surprised me. The storage bags they come with are also high quality and make transporting the boards extremely convenient. The boards have 2 sets of cargo nets which made it convenient to keep all of my belongings with me and not leave anything behind in my car. The boards are pretty lightweight and the carry handles are very sturdy making it easy to carry the board, even one handed. Additionally, the paddle straps made it even easier to carry everything because you can attach the paddle to the board while carrying it. Lastly, their paddle boards just look GREAT. I got the Rustic Board and that Rustic wooden look is such a vibe. Super happy with mine.

After moving to Austin in January, I quickly realized paddle boarding on Lake Austin, and other lakes was the thing to do on the weekends. With extensive research, I found that this paddle board company offered the best boards, with the most unique colors and that fit my lifestyle the best. Having this inflatable paddle board has made it easy to store in my apartment, and also travel friendly.
