We hired Chef Mike to cater a 90s themed birthday dinner for our friends birthday celebration. After sharing our vision for the party and theme, Chef Mike Was able to present to us a sample menu that captured the essence of the theme and event. Chef Mike stayed in constant communication with the event planners and finalized the menu based on our dietary needs and requests. On the day of the event, Chef Mike arrived promptly and prepared the meal in a timely fashion and he didn't disappoint!!

The meal was prepared with the love and creativity that only a professional chef could provide. All the guests were left speechless as they and the guest of honor enjoyed their meals. We hired Chef Mike for my Christmas Eve Birthday party. This was our first time hiring a personal chef and we were beyond pleased. The whole process from getting the initial quote to setting up the menu went smoothly. He was knowledgeable and honest about what he felt would work best for our special event. He was professional and did an outstanding job the whole evening. The ingredients and food he used were healthy and fresh. We had a few vegetarians and he was able to incorporate vegetarian meal options into our dinner choice. We enjoyed watching him prepare our delicious meal. Food was delicious, perfectly prepared and tender. Chef Mike was very easy to work with. We quickly zero’d in on the menu and all the details I had some special needs and Chef Mike was a dream to work with. Specifically he came early to do all the setup, then came back a few hours later to serve the meal. He did everything turnkey. Bought the food, prepared it, brought to the house, etc. Easy! Since he prepped the meal offsite at my request, I was worried that it might get cold. Not all all! Everything was perfect. The presentation was very professional as well.
