We worked with Coco and Team to purchase our first home in Austin and they were PHENOMENAL.

We started off with a couple of Coco's free consultations. We met with her before we were pre-approved to understand the buying process. After we were pre-approved, we met with her again to understand our buying power and learn more about the current market. We went into those consultations knowing close to nothing and came out feeling empowered with knowledge and clear expectations.

Coco was not only knowledgeable, but she was personable, responsive, and professional. She listened to our needs and wants in a home and never tried to sell us on something she knew we didn't want. Every listing she sent us was spot on with what we were looking for.

Coco was always available during every step of the process - getting answers to questions we had regarding available homes, taking us to view homes, during the option and closing periods, and even following up after closing!

Coco is also very well connected! She was able to set us up with an inspector, roofer, plumber and electrician to check out the property during our 5 day option period. After closing, we ended up using those contacts for the work we needed done since we were so pleased with their initial services.

Her positivity and determination really kept our spirits and energy up as we navigated this absolutely insane market. She was not only a beaming light of joy but she was a beacon of hope for us when we were ready to give up.

Coco and her mom are amazing. I started looking for a new home in November/December of 2020 amidst temporarily moving back to Houston, packing and moving my stuff into storage, renovating my current townhome, and coordinating with the new tenants. Also a pandemic. Coco was so supportive and communicative throughout the entire process.
