This is the second time we have used Bounce Around Austin for a kid's birthday party and both times have been extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.

The process to reserve and pay for the rental was easy, the price is reasonable, and when I had to change the date of our party Jason accommodated our updated plans. The weather on the day of our party was questionable, when Jason called to confirm a set up time the day before the party we discussed the forecast and safety; since it was just a chance of rain and no wind (key) we decided to move forward, but I got the impression that if the forecast had called for any wind they would have declined to set up the bounce house putting safety first which means a lot to me. The bounce house was delivered/set up on time on the day of our party; the Justice League house was clean and in great condition and has a roof so even with the light rain the kiddos stayed dry and were able to bounce without any issue.

The employees are professional and courteous. Bonus - we rented the bounce house for a four hour block, but ended up keeping it for 24 hours+ at no additional charge which was awesome. The kids has a great time at the party, but with a house full of relatives for the entire weekend it was really neat to have this attraction for kids and adults alike for more than the planned time. We live outside of town so that may have factored into the late pickup/bonus time, which the driver cleared with us in advance upon delivery, some might want to clear their yard right away as the bounce house does take up a lot of space, but we were thrilled and appreciated the extra time. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! If you don't feel like reading the whole review (BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT TO SAY). Just know these three things 1) Jason the man in charge is EXTREMELY SEXIST 2) They will set up the slide WRONG AND CHARGE you for it 3) They have no accountability and if there are any issues you are paying for it and it's somehow your fault. I ordered this slide for our company party and the first day there was an issue with the slide. Jason asked me to send a picture and I did and it did not look like anything was wrong. I agreed I did not see the problem and told him I would call back if I saw something. There were more issues so we called him and he came out the next morning and said it was set up incorrect. For $800 a day and the fact it was set up incorrectly (so we couldn't use it) you would think they would discount it but no. We paid $800 for a slide that did not work. When I tried to ask if we could get a discount Jason refused to work it out with me and told me he didn't care if he had to correspond by letter or whatever it took that he would only speak to my boss. He beligerantly refused to work it out with me and then creepily commented that he knew who my father was.. If he wants to reach to my father I invite him to, my father could definitely teach him how to be respectful. The fact when I told him he messed up (which he admitted to) and he brought up my father in a threatening way is how he handles his business is unacceptable. We recently rented the Castle Moonwalk from Bounce Around Austin. We live in Georgetown. I love the fact that all I had to do was go online to reserve. When I submitted any questions (which I did) Jason called me personally to make sure my questions were answered. Jason was very detailed, and patient in answering every question asked. My confirmations were emailed directly to me along w/the wording of their contract, and an actual full viewed receipt of my reservation. They called me the day before, as I was told they would to confirm the reservation. The young man that delivered the Castle Bouncy and set it up was very professional, kind, and thorough in making sure that it was set up correctly, safe, and clean. Our reservation was for 8 hours, from noon to 8:00 p.m. in the evening. After 6 hours all children were gone, and we called to see if it could be picked up sooner.
