The products of the place were very nice, and the store itself had a nice vibe. Me and 2 friends of mine walked in looking for some lotion to buy, but as soon as we walked in the lady behind the counter would NOT stop following us and staring at us. She would constantly asked if we needed help (very rudely) no matter how many times we'd tell her no. We also overheard another empolyee (possibly the manager) telling the girl to keep an eye on us. We do not come to this area often so i can see why they would have slight suspision of our looks, but they were extremely disrespectful and treated us like they wanted us to leave. On top of that we were looking at the brushes and she came over to tell us that we couldnt touch them. So we put the brush back and apoligized and she very rudely snatched the brush away, and stomped off. We were very shocked and ended up leaving the store in a bad mood. What a waste of a nice place. I called last minute at closing on Sunday; needing to purchase Lampe Berger oil and couldn’t make it until 6 min after closing. I wasn’t sure anyone would even answer the phone….. to my surprise KAMERON did! She went way above and beyond my expectations; I mean she nailed it in every way! When they were out of the one I wanted she suggested something even better, then she stayed until I got there even tho (I told her she could leave it outside the door)……next she answered the phone again when I called after they were already closed!! She was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable I ended up buying a few more scents she suggested. Service like this is rare these days and I am so grateful Kameron still has it! The Beauty Store gets a good rating from me due to one man: Sal Lopez. He is a hair GENIUS. Sal gave me the exact cut and style I wanted, and he recommended some good products for me to use in order to continue the "salon" look. He taught me how to use a blow dryer and curling iron like I had never thought possible.

He is personable, open to your suggestions, and dependable. I know he has seen just about every type of client-- in the salon and at private events. Highly recommended if you want someone truly professional handling your hair. Good value in a...
