Devil's Details Boutique — Local services in Austin

A couple of weeks ago my husband and I visited Austin with no idea what to expect. Heard things but went blindly eventually wandering into this store. I get easily overwhelmed and it takes me a minute to process so I was probably a little weird but when I finally got my shopping eyes on OH MY GOODNESSSSS!! Devils details is a treasure trove of absolutely amazing vintage accessory pieces of all different eras and styles. It is so beautifully curated and the woman who helped us was such a doll (I'm terrible with names but I can't forget her cool leopard pants- thank you for your help!) I found the most beautiful Miriam Haskell necklace (wearing it at the moment) and will fooooreeeveeeer cherish it. You guys made my chandelier crystal style necklace dreams I didn't know I had (but kind of did) come true!! Thank you! Wish I was closer. You are definitely a magical store where things jump out when they are meant to! I highly suggest this store to any one that loves vintage accessories! Can't wait to go back...

Gorgeous store, perfectly curated, TOP quality vintage clothing. BUT the best part of all is the shop owner. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about each piece (when we would pull something out, she would say where it came from, what year it came from, etc.) and just an all around sweet person. We explained that we were from out of town, traveling to Round Top in a few days and she lit up. First, she started off with recommendations of where to see the best comedy in town, where to eat (Hestia - she told us it would be the best food we would ever put in our mouths and she was 100% RIGHT), where to shop for more vintage and places to hit all over and around round top. I cannot recommend this store enough - this gal should be the president of the Austin chamber of commerce! THANK YOU!!! I will tell everyone I know visiting Austin to stop...

if you're not running to this shop for your next vintage find, you're doing it wrong!!!! This is not only one of the best vintage stores ever (and I have seen my share), but one of the best store experiences I have ever had. Rebekka helped me the moment I walked in. (Did I mention the shop was not only neat, but well curated, and extremely competitively priced?) I came in alone on my day off and she made me feel like I was shopping with a friend- a very knowledgeable friend. She picked out gorgeous pieces in my size for me and helped me accessorize for a black tie "old Hollywood" themed party/wedding I'm attending. She even took the time to help me sort out a payment debacle and was very patient. She made my day and got me in a gorgeous perfect dress. I will be spending a lot of time here and sending...
