This place used to be great, affordable, and easy, but now that it is privately owned and operated – and the owner is not the one who operates it, and the operator is not the one who distributes notices of fees – it is an utter rip off. It is 3 times more expensive, with the worst customer service that one could imagine. I parked here for jury duty, got a notice for being three minutes over, attempted to call the number on the line to explain why this was unreasonable, and after waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes, was told by a fellow named Tommy that 1) I was being ridiculous, 2) I needed to be patient, and 3) they would get back to me, and then he interrupted me repeatedly and hung up on me. ...

Was just trapped in this parking garage behind multiple cars, intercoms were not working, phone number on the device was not helpful, one of the men called said they didn’t even manage the parking for the garage, but if that’s the case why is the number on the machine? We were behind so many cars facing the same problems and nobody on the line would help. They kept telling us to use the intercom which wasn’t working. Do not recommend parking here unless you wish...
