Have rented from them in the past, the last time we rented the bounce house kept falling down, I called twice no one answered. We returned the bounce house the next day and I called and explained what happened and the lady apologized and said the next time we rented they would give us a big discount. I called 3 weeks ago to take them up on the offer and they said they would call back and never did. Called yesterday and the lady kept me on the phone for 24 min giving me the run around and insinuating that I was trying to cheat them and that they always answer their phones, and just wasting my time. She then said she would talk to the owner and see what they could do. Called today and they said they could only discount a bag of candy!!! Ridiculous and used the excuses because they always answer their phones as if I was lying!!! I have the phone calls on my phone record! They lost our business. Poor costumer service! We will be renting elsewhere...

Put in an order for a medium heart pinata on 02/08/2020 and to pick it up and pay on 02/12/2020 @ 5pm. Called today on the 12th to make sure it'd be ready on time and at first, they said I had the wrong place and then when I double-checked (it was the correct place after-all), I was put on hold while the employee spoke with the manager. After 5 minutes, I was told it would not be ready on time due to the rain but I could call back and check again later today. This was incredibly unprofessional and very disappointing. This store is not large and is not fancy. However, it has what counts the most – excellent customer service. We went in looking for items for a six year old school party and we were directed towards a cute, Mexican hat, clothing, items, and a maraca.
