I was disappointed with Stella Dallas’s return policy. They only allow returns within 10 days, which is quite a short window. While I understand their policy offers store credit instead of a refund, the biggest issue for me was the limited time frame. I live out of town and wasn’t able to get back to the store within 10 days.
