I absolutely loved the experience we had designing my engagement ring with Eliza Page. From the very first day we stepped foot into the studio, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine care.

Service: Cassandra Wells was beyond amazing. She was so invested in the vision we brought to her and was very helpful with ideas and guidance. The entire process and time spent with Cassandra felt familial, we didn’t feel like clients being persuaded to purchase from a store. We were a team, we worked together! Cassandra Worked nonstop and sourced the most beautiful gems and let us preview each of them until I absolutely fell in love with the perfect gem.

Communication: My fiancé and I received regular communication from Cassandra with updates regularly and she was extremely patient with us while he made changes to the design of the ring. We received the CAD design for the ring and it was so well done, it looked exactly the way my fiancé designed it on paper. We live out of town and Cassandra made this the smoothest process, ever. She was incredibly flexible. She was also always very transparent about pricing and her communication with the gem companies. She did everything she could to help us stay within our budget and still get exactly what we wanted!

Production: The ring is absolutely gorgeous and is truly fine jewelry! I have and continue to receive endless compliments on my ring and I can’t stop praising the name of Eliza Page thanks to Cassandra and our castor, Elyssa. They were both sooooo incredibly wonderful. The quality of the ring is indescribable and so unique. I’m still in awe at its beauty and how perfect it is.

What an awesome ear piercing experience!! My daughter is 9 and was really excited to get her ears pierced, but at the same time she was beyond scared and nervous, but she told me she really wanted to do it and was ready. I took her to Eliza Page, and I told her I would get a 3rd hole with her 1st ones so she could see how easy it was. She was so excited but nervous. She wanted me to go first. She started crying and was so scared when it was her turn, but Sirandyn is a PROS PRO!! She put my daughter at total ease. She went through everything she was going to do before she does it. I told my daughter it was up to her and we didn't have to get them pierced, but she still wanted to even though she was so nervous. Well, Sirandyn did it so quick and easy that as soon as she stuck the needle in my daughter's ear, she went from crying to laughing :)! It was the best experience ever for my daughter and she made her feel so special about getting her ears pierced and how brave she was. She definitely knows all the tricks to put kids at easy while also giving full disclosure of everything she will be doing. I worked with Kathleen at Eliza Page to design a custom, nested wedding band to match my custom engagement ring and I couldn't be happier! Kathleen was highly communicative and helpful throughout the entire custom design process, and really worked with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted, while always remaining mindful to stay within my budget. There was a slight hiccup with production in that they accidentally made the band per the initial rejected design proposal, but Kathleen was extremely prompt in addressing the issue as soon as I brought it to her attention, even on her day off. Eliza Page remade the band per my specifications at no additional cost, turnaround time for the fix was only a few weeks (still in time for my elopement), and I was gifted a few freebies (a candle, jewelry box, and cleaning solution/polishing cloths) upon pickup of the bad to make up for the initial mix-up.
