I had the most wonderful customer experience here. I am 8-mo pregnant and was visiting Austin for a friend's wedding. I realized the heels I'd brought were not going to be possible to wear despite my wish (heat + being pregnant + a pulled ankle tendon = no heels for this one). I found perfect flats (finally!) at Hemline that matched my short navy blue dress perfectly. We got a ride out to Camp Lucy (about 45-min away) for the wedding that day. When I opened the shoe box on Sat morning as I got dressed for the wedding, I noticed the shoes were two different colors!! One was black and one was navy blue! I was horrified and literally had no other shoes to wear (other than tennis shoes!) as my ankle was hurting pretty bad.

I called Hemline and the most amazing salesperson Calista drove out to Camp Lucy to switch out the shoes! I felt so supported and cared for by Hemline and Calista. It meant the world to me since I am very pregnant and wanted to look nice for the wedding (and not show up in tennis shoes!). Thank...

Seriously one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I wish I took down the staff's names that helped. I had 40 minutes to find an outfit for an event that night (while traveling) and each associate at the store went above and beyond (running in the back to find me the perfect sweater because it was oddly colder than I expected, bringing me pieced that were WAY better than the ones I went into the dressing room with). I made a mess trying on about 20 different things, they didn't even let me apologize. I was the best dressed at the party that night! I continue to get so many comments on the hand crafted, reversible jacket from their featured local artist. Absolutely perfect place to put together a unique and personal outfit for an occasion. The employees here go above and beyond for their clients!!! Hannah picked out a gorgeous summer dress for me that I cannot wait to wear all summer long! She even delivered the package to my personal home since I have a terrible leg injury and am not able to drive. All of the hemline employees respond in a timely manner and always send me multiple options to choose from and even try on clothes for me to see how they would look on!
