I recently moved right down the street from The Austinite Market, and I must say, my initial expectations were completely exceeded. I had anticipated encountering rude staff and exorbitant prices due to the location's popularity among tourists, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the people working there are some of the nicest individuals I've come across. They have always been friendly, helpful, and attentive, making every visit a delightful experience.

Not only is their customer service admirable, but the store has a great selection. It is always well-maintained and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. Despite its prime location, they are able to keep an alright price for the majority of their items (Certain Party Items Are Obviously a Littel More). Also, They offer a wide range of goods, including hygiene products, food, beverages, and local Austin specialties, making it a convenient one-stop shop for all my needs.

The Austinite Market has become a part of our morning routine and I’m so thankful it’s right next to my home. Every morning we walk to the park across the street and very rarely do we skip our stop at our favorite bodega. The customer service is always above and beyond- I’m always in tow with a bulky nuna baby stroller and get helped coming in and out. The aisles are wide enough to accommodate us and my baby loves greeting the manager every morning. Major plus- they serve taco deli breakfast tacos!! (And they carry the salsa too!)

We’ve also had to run in for a few random things and have never had a problem finding what we need. Forget your kids playground snack? They have some great healthy options! We’re big fans of grabbing some applesauce pouches.

The personal and friendly customer service has never been topped for Us. We love coming in and having a morning chat before hitting the town...

I live down the street from the Austinite so I pop in almost daily for something. Ram and Sunny are extremely friendly and always ask how my day is going. It’s the best neighborhood shop I’ve ever been to. Their selection is great, they have everything you’d need at a corner store. A great wine and beer selection, refreshments - from the usuals to some some more obscure “treat drinks”, snack selection, they have about 10 different types of tacos in the morning, a great coffee selection, ice cream, basic medical necessities, and things like bug spray and sunscreen, along with everything else I need for when I forget an ingredient from the grocery store. On top of having everything I need, the prices are fair. I was in there once looking for something that they didn’t carry, they then ordered it and it was there a day or two later!
