I’ve been at Biscuits + Groovy fan for a very long time! I was so happy to see that they have an adaptable all vegan menu. We ordered from the Barton Springs location on 5/22 and the biscuits were delicious.

However, the ordering system was completely inefficient and definitely brought down the overall experience. We ordered online for pick up at 11:05 am. I called to confirm my order and they said it was good to go! I arrived at 11:10 am and there were probably 15 people in line. I asked if I had to wait in line for a pick up order and they said yes. We ended up waiting in line for 25 minutes just to get our pick up order... Many of the people in line were having the same problem.

I’ve been in the service in the service industry for a while, so I understand the demand, but I think if they could have people pay online it could streamline the wait time. I would have loved to pick up my order from the back door on time. I hope there’s someway they can separate to-go pickups from ordering in person so we don’t have to wait half an our on a schedule to-go...

I was so excited to try this place and went to pick up for me and some coworkers. Unfortunately, from the get go, it was a nasty experience. The older woman who works inside the truck is so incredibly rude. They didn’t come to the window until I rang the bell and then the woman gave me a long story about how they just painted the parking lot lines. My car was over one of the lines (because their parking lot is bad and the lines don’t make sense for how you need to pull into their lot.) I was going to give my order and then move my car, but she refused to take my order until I moved my car. Her attitude was disgusting. I don’t even care about the quality of food when the quality of service is so bad. You never know what people are going through. I just lost my dad last month and this was one of his favorite places in Austin. This was my first time here and wanting to feel close to my dad and it was soiled instantly. I’ll do better to park exactly in the lines. You do better checking your attitude and how you...

After reading the highly rated reviews, my first visit to this truck was highly anticipated; however, it turned out very poorly. Placed my order online for the regular biscuits and groovy and an order of the vegan MC Hammer at 10:46 AM on a Sunday. The receipt for the to-go order online said that it would be ready at 11:08 AM. Arrived at 11:12 AM - waited in line for approximately 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Finally arrive at the front and my order is STILL NOT READY. They say it'll only be 10 more minutes - fine. We've already paid with tip - regrettable decision, to say the least. Finally get our food at 11:30 AM ish. The biscuits and groovy had very little gravy, especially for 3 biscuits. The vegan MC Hammer was extremely tasteless and dry. The vegan "sausage" was nothing that I've ever had before and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Overall, don't waste your time if you're vegan - just support Unity Vegan Kitchen in the same...

These are not your granny’s biscuits and gravy! These biscuits are baked to prefect fluffy perfection. In fact, Mike Lindell should sue them because every bite is like the perfect pillow for your tongue! The Bee Gees with jelly are a perfect appetizer to your meal. The striking difference here from getting biscuits and gravy from any old restaurant is that they understand that more toppings makes for better eating! The meats taste amazing and the bacon is the most perfectly crisp, but not crunchy bacon I have ever eaten. All of the flavors mix together well indicating the time and care that was taken to craft all of their specialties. This doesn’t particularly matter to me, but their menu also states that all options can be made vegan and vegetarian if you ask. This place definitely is Groovy!

A cute food truck with a delicious selection of taste filled stuffed biscuits. We went here for breakfast, and I personally loved it because I love fluffy light biscuits. The biscuits themselves are reminiscent of perfectly baked pillsbury biscuits, but they are filled with whatever you’d like to order. We had “The Donna”, with bacon, and it came out hot, fresh, and tasted great. We also got “The Bee Gee” with the jam of the day, which was banana foster, and it was like a dessert biscuit. It wasn’t ridiculously overpriced, and I definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a tasty but not too overwhelming breakfast snack. They have a nice outdoor seating area where you can order your food and they even bring it out to you. Highly recommend!

I can't wait to come back to this food truck! It's super efficient to order and we got our food in about 20 mins, there were several groups in front of us. I eat mostly plant based and my husband is a meat eater. This place has the option for both. It's was sooooo filling and a great compromise for us . He got the Gloria and I got the Johnny vegan version. It was so easy to order our food and it has a button that says "all vegan" so you don't have to go in and make all the modifications. I loved the biscuits! They had several tables to sit at.
