Jennifer, the injector and one of the owners, is an absolute gem. Her gentle touch and personable demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. I had previously had a negative experience with lip fillers in New York, which left me feeling anxious about trying them again. However, Jennifer took the time to discuss my concerns and walked me through all my options, easing my anxiety and helping me feel confident in my decision.

I've tried several different good med spa's in Austin (and CA) and Kristen is hands down one of the most knowledgable, experienced esthetician I have ever worked with. Jen, the owner, who is also a nurse practitioner, has been spot on with my fills, and dysport injections. Jen is really connected to the latest skin science, technology, education, and trends out there, yet also cautious about the hype. Jen and Kristen want their W&B clients to get the best results possible with their money spent so they invest a lot of time into researching the technology and applying it to themselves before committing and applying it to their clients. Jen & Kristen are also incredibly intelligent & highly intuitive. They've only used whats most effective for my skin type and my age. I've never been over sold on a product that might work well for someone in their 20s and 30s, but not for my 53 yr old fair, fake-n-bake high school skin days. ;) Since receiving 3 straight months of a 'trifecta' rejuvenation procedure to my face, neck, and chest (IPL, Viva, Microneedle w/PRP) I've seen a steep improvement to my overall skin tone, texture, and elasticity.
