With 4 employees and no one else in line, it takes over 3 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. 12 more minutes before being handed a no-foam latte with 3 inches of foam. Then I have to hear that's how we make a no-foam latte here. Then the remake is exactly the same. Like I don't consistently get no foam at other stores. 20 minutes to get coffee when no one else was in line. Not only is the manager an argumentative little twit, but the other employees are clueless to customer service as well. On my last visit to this location the rude server refused to stir the cream into a cold brew. She literally gave me a stink-eye, then swirled the cup in her hand twice and said, "here". It’s frustrating because i don’t want to drive back to get it fixed when I ordered through the app for convenience but I’m always stuck with a gross drink that I paid almost $10 for. One said they basically don’t like police and other said that they saw nothing wrong with asking them to leave. I have posted this on social media and will never go to this location or any other.
