Good afternoon! I am writing to you in great distress! I bought a set of three white Brooks Brothers T-shirts. Today I am ironing my husband's shirts and t-shirts for work next week. I want to point out that I have been ironing often, for many, many years. I was just ironing a T-shirt and the hanging sheep emblem smeared under the iron! This ruined the new T-shirt and my iron!!!!! There was no warning sign on the box or label! The T-shirt is cotton, so the iron temperature was designed for it! I ordered an item and tried to cancel it within one minute but I couldn't. I was told I could cancel it once they issued a tracking number but I couldn't. Then I was told I could send it back for a full refund but I couldn't. I was charged the original shipping cost plus $7 for their preprinted return label.
