David Yurman — Local services in Aventura

Poor customer service. My fiancé went to this location in February and was treated lesser than by Rene. Went in today and the attitude didn’t change. He is very condescending, his hands are sweaty and finger nails dirty. I think he’s probably skiing if you know what I mean ❄️

Wanted to repair my piece and he said that’s what he did but I could immediately tell that he just cleaned it. Called customer support / help and they said aventura doesn’t have in house jewelry repair in that location … very disappointed. This is my first David Yurman piece and he ruined the experience for me.

Update : Jose the store manager called my fiancé back to come in the store to exchange my bracelet. He tried to give me a bracelet that was broken ( that same piece was given back to me in February to try on ) and good thing I noticed it before I left the mall. When I go to turn around I hear him and Rene talking about the situation… I asked for my original piece back and left. Called customer service again so hopefully this gets escalated like they said they would. It is very disappointing that such a high end brand / establishment is conducting themselves in this matter. David Yurman is known for its customer service and jewelry. If you want to be disrespected to your face I definitely recommend their store in Aventura. I walked into the store and was not even greeted. I came in today because I had a problem with a recent order and once explaining what had happened I was disgustingly belittled by the employee. She told me they had to send the items to New York as if it were a problem and continued by saying she was busy with a customer which she then asked her “customer” if they needed help as they were walking out. I had a good amount of product of David Yurman’s on my hands as a sign of a loyal customer, for her to had turned her face on me as if I were a nobody. I was on the hunt for a specific pendant that has a very deep meaning to me. I was in a car accident in December that still has me in bedrest most of the day. I called the David Yurman store in Aventura, just to inquire about a specific pendant. Sameer was not only super sweet, but also empathetic towards my situation and understood the meaning behind me wanting this pendant. He was never pushy.
