FARM Rio — Local services in Aventura

I truly love this clothing line however I have noticed the quality of the clothing is reducing significantly. I went to the FARM Rio boutique at the Aventura Mall to purchase the Blue Striped Banana jumpsuit and noticed that the seems were un raveling and the hook and eye was not sewn on properly. I requested a discount and was offered a 10% off... On top of that!! the sales girls were not the usual bubbly and engaging sales girls I meet when I visit... they were quite unfriendly especially the one that " dealt" with me. When I came to pay for the item, they did not have change for a 100 USD note and did not make an effort to even try to accommodate by getting change.... THEY LOST A SALE. I will stick to only buying online from now on

Update…… if I could give this boutique a zero I definitely would!! My SIL wanted to visit the store to see what the clothing line was about this afternoon ( June 28th, 2023) to our dismay the sales rep was at counter tying her sandals , then started to fix her dress while looking in the mirror…. She never once acknowledged us ! I gave her 5 minutes and then walked up to her and said” do you realize we walked into the boutique , you did not acknowledge us upon entry , you were too busy looking at yourself in the mirror “ she just looked at me and rudely said “ do you need anything “ …

Horrible horrible horrible attitude !!! I am now convinced to only purchase online and not step a foot in that...

Hello Farm Río I am costumer for almost 20 years. I am from Río de Janeiro I went in Río in February and I bought a new sandal collection but I live in Miami. I used a sandals that I bought in Río for first time last Saturday to go to the theater w my husband. When I walked inside to the theater, the part of it broke … This sandals was very expensive Brazilian price and as I am very loyal costumer, I would like to know what you can do to help me to fix this issue.

No one could help me . The answered that I had was. You bought in Brazil .. we cannot do anything from international purchase.. in Brazil , they send me electronic answer… so FARM YOU WERE THE BRAND THAT I REFERRED so many people here in aUSA .. I was so proud because a brand was born in Río .. now .. yuh became a big corporation Brand .. manufacturing your clothes in INDIA .. not national brand anymore and you don’t care about your costumers.. VERY SAD!!

I have very seldom shopped at a store with such a beautiful vibe! From the store decor and choice of music to the customer service, I am just amazed how awesome the service is!!! The brand is a beautiful and colorful mixture of happy designs and fabrics, but the real experience of buying Farm is at the Aventura Mall Store! I usually buy online, but I always opt to go in store as the display is very helpful and it’s nice sometimes to try some items on and the sales reps also help in choosing and offer great help, even with items from past collections which are no longer out, all you have to do is describe the style or show a picture from the website and they’ll go searching the stockroom for it (in my experience they always found the items I wanted to shop from older collections) and even letting us know when they are some items on sale! Now that is what I call excellent sales associates, they will go above and beyond just to make their customers happy and leave with a smile! It’s well worth stopping by and taking a peak in store, the ladies...
