purchased several items here, including a bracelet costing over $300, when I needed it to be repaired told its was purchased over 30days , "thank you but nothing we can do". I was simply looking to have the BRACELET adjusted or repaired - standard services that most jewelry stores typically offer for items purchased from them. Unfortunately, it seems this wasn't an option at your store, which is quite different from what I would expect from a jewelry retailer. Most jewelry stores I'm familiar with provide adjustment and repair services for their customers' purchases as part of their customer service." regardless of date of purchase... So Folks...

Two years ago, I purchased some gifts for friends at Aventura Mall, along with a bracelet for myself, and I was captivated by the ritual they performed after the purchase, setting intentions and sending beautiful wishes for the items. In December, I decided to visit the Pembroke Pines location to buy myself a birthday gift, looking forward to that beautiful ritual. However, to my disappointment, they didn't do anything, and I felt let down because part of the reason I go to this store is for the complete experience at the end of the purchase. I was tempted to return what I bought and head back to the Aventura Mall location, but I didn’t.
A week later, I went to the Aventura Mall store, bought a bracelet, and witnessed them performing the ritual for the customer ahead of me. However, to my surprise, when it was my turn, they didn’t do the ritual for me either. I left feeling tremendously disappointed.
