I love macys, i shop here alot for me and my kids and always have the best experience from the people work there and managers but saturday i went to visit the pandora inside macys and had a horrible service. I went there because my mom purchase from there with her Macys card 2 accesories for my daughter’s birthday which end up falling from her bracelet and i went over there to see how can i get fix or replace it , well the first lady told me her policy was 30 days with receipt which I understand because they work with macys and thats their policy , but i told them ok this is not 30 days purchase she got it less then 4 months did you know there is a way to call pandora customer service not them to call but i just want to hear an option for me to call them . All i hear is no no no and no !!!!i say can u please call your manager and then she call the worst person ever. I explained my self again and with bad actitud and screaming at loud in the hall macys this lady name SIMON PANDORA’S MANAGER start treating bad and told me we cant exchange even tho i told her i came to get options not exchange i want to know the procedure on how can i go about a charm falling from bracelet, all i get is getting loud so i told her dont raise your voice on me call me a macys manager, at that point she told me she will call security on me! Security for what for trying to get an answer on how to go about fixing my pandora charm , at the end when we call A macys manager , SIMON the manager came again and told me give me the charms now , i say excuse me!!!! she keep saying give to me , i say no i already call a manager and i will get it resolve , she send another employee to tell me she will exchange the charms for me and at that point ,i didnt want nothing but leave that place , a macys manager came we explained what had happen and he apologize for her unprofessional services and help us fixing the problem in less then 5 minutes . Read moreI am completely and utterly disgusted with Macys customer service when I went there with my brother the other day. For reference, me and my brother are both hispanic, but we speak perfect english and don’t need help understanding or speaking. We came to buy cologne for father’s day, just any cologne that smelt good. One macys employee came to me asking if we needed help, but as we told them in English that we didn’t need help, she said “let me get someone to help you better” and got one of her hispanic employees to come talk to us, assuming we even spoke spanish. That wasn’t the problem. We tell them “we don’t speak spanish” and she looked awfully surprised. Anyways, they get another person to help us and we have to tell them again, that we did not need help, she continued to show perfumes and colognes that she recommended. What ticked me off was, she grabbed a perfume, and said “This one’s nice but it might be too pricey for you guys” How absolutely disgusting to be racially profiled by these workers when we came there to shop for our dad. Read moreDon’t get mattresses or furniture if your building requieres a COI. To begin with most of their customer service associates don’t even know what a COI is and if you ask to talk to a manager they keep you in hold and transfer you to a manager in the store department and this one tells you that you have to call again to furniture because he can’t transfer you. When you finally get to talk to someone that knows what a COI is they only ask you for the building name and address and tell you that you have to wait until the day prior to get it without asking you any of the limits that your building ask in order to accept the form. When you ask them how Macy's knows the limits required for delivery, they tell you that they just know it. That due to the technology and their many years delivering, they know the exact requirements for my building. They will not provide you an email to send a sample like any other store does.
If you don’t want to spend over an hour on the phone and then pray that 24 hours before delivery you will get everything that you need, head to other store. My last time getting something here. Closing account as soon as I finish...
