I ordered a birthday arrangement for my sister via the FTD website and couldn't be more impressed and delighted at the beautiful arrangement! This was a stunning design, replete with an abundance of flowers that were fresh and colorful; they truly brightened the space and brought a wonderful birthday atmosphere. The thoughtful design and exquisite choice of flowers conveys the tremendous talent of the arranger and all the care put into it. Definitely a 5-star product and service!

I can not say enough about this Florist. Avon High School,class of 1973 wish to extend our thanks for the most beautiful Flowers for our 50th class reunion. Dawn is amazing, she has the best customer service skills by far! Dawn went above and beyond from beginning to the end, after she listened to the horrible experience I had with TELEFLORA the previous day, Dawn stepped up and made it her mission to save the day by customizing an existing bouquet that was on display for sale and making it exactly what I wanted! After all this Dawn wasn’t done being her caring and sweet self!! I seen they offered delivery and I wasn’t sure if it would be an option or not with a last minute purchase like this, but I figured it never hurts to ask and I was told that delivery wasn’t available as I figured because this was a very busy Saturday there and also very last minute, but once again Dawn went above and beyond for me! Stopping me from desperately ordering an Uber to deliver the flower arrangement to my loved one and offering to personally deliver them herself after she got off work that day!! I highly recommend them, not only are the flower arrangements so beautiful but they are also made and delivered by the most beautiful and caring people! Thank you...

On multiple occasions I have had the opportunity to send flowers, and have always called this flower shop in Avon. Whether it was an arrangement, a vase of fresh flowers, or something with a few “extras” (a funeral memorabilia, a little book, some chocolates…) they have all been gorgeous creations. I recently got a wreath for my very plain white house and it is just perfect! Same day delivery is offered and that is a plus! On the occasions I have been in the Hen and Ivy, I love browsing all of the gift options and usually end up taking something home.
