Absolutely loved this location!! The store was clean, organized, following proper social distancing procedures. All the employees were extremely polite and offered help, always asked if I needed anything. I found a product that the plastic wrapper had been ripped almost all the way off, it didn't have a price tag, and there was not anymore of the exact same product. Couldn't even find a similar one made by the same company/brand. So I took one made by a different company, that had a price tag on it, to the register. Explained I couldn't find anymore of the one I wanted, so the cashier was kind enough to charge me the price of the other one, with a price tag, even though it was a different brand. She was not rude or frustrated about it or anything. Very polite the whole time. I highly recommend this location and I will return. Very good...

It was nice inside, clean, and organized. Which I assume is not easy for a place that sells everything. They did have long line to check out, with only one cashier who was trying to check out a lady who didn't look like she had anything in her cart (of course not HomeGoods fault), but then it took 5 minutes to get a second cashier, the manager, to open another drawer. When I left the only actual cashier was still trying to help the problem customer (at some point ask her stand aside until whenever she was calling gives an answer maybe?) Avon 8/15/25: Katherine was super helpful and so kind. As I was walking into the store, my grandson texted that he needed to cancel my weekend (I live in Beech Grove, but this is my second generation of teenagers who wait till the last second ) because of a group school project and could I find him cardboard boxes. I asked her if they had any empty cardboard boxes and she went into the back to check. Unfortunately no, but she took the time to unbox some that were stacked in a corner.
