Kohl's — Local services in Avon

I must say this Kohl’s located in Avon was the best experience I have had at any store in a while these days! I ordered two blankets online for a store pick up I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go pick it up because Avon location had them available when I got there only one was ready for pick up I was so disappointed because here I go thinking OK I’m gonna have to drive around some more tonight for the search of the other blanket. Two associate by the name of Lisa and Hedy took the time to search high and low around the store in the back and all around for that other blanket because it said it was available and they found it!!!!!!! If they wouldn’t took the time to search I would’ve ended up going out of my way to another Khol’s I am very thankful that they did their job and was helpful and didn’t just say “oh well we don’t have it not here sorry” as I am noticing that’s what usually happens now when you go in stores no one wants to help no one takes the time to go out of their way. It’s almost like you’re bothering them. They’re just there and they’re trying to get through their hours and leave. Guess it's okay. Did find a few good buys haven't been there in a few years, however you could not find a person on the floor. That's a shame. Girl is to check out. Was nice but it's very difficult for the handicap person. I have to walk with a walker. I really could use a scooter so far in between. Everything in the aisles are narrow, even with with a little shopping cart that they have offer to get between some of the display tables.

The worst experience is when I went to check out half the items that were on the tables that said you know for this price we're double the price because somebody mixed them up and they looked relatively the same and they flipped the side. So one side one price the other side's the other and it's very confusing because they don't really give you the price on the tags to to know what you're doing. Anymore? There's it getting less and less to shop in Walmart. Well what can I say they're clothes are from whatever.

My clothes did fit nice. I have to admit my blouses, and they washed up nice. They didn't shrink cockeyed like you. Do they do from Walmart with? Because most of the clothes are cut on the bios I think. So when you wash your pants the seams are instead of being on the side or half...

My daughter and I were shopping for towels and bathroom accessories, and she suggested we go to the local Kohl's store. We were able, in a short amount of time, to select two sets of bathroom accessories and towels within a half hour or so. The store was coping with the coronavirus pandemic, so they had one entrance closed. Face masks were required as in many other retail establishments. The other door was open, but limiting the number of customers into the store. We made our selections, and proceded to the cashier's station. The enployee rang up our purchase, we paid, and left the store. As we were leaving, we noticed the cashier wiping down the counter for the next customer.
