I had never been to this location before. I had a bad experience. I went into the wrong door (they have two doors, but one is the convenient side, FYI. I initially stood with staff at windows and not one person addressed me as I stood there with no line. Someone walked in and went straight up to one window as if I wasn't there(separate issue), but they said nothing when they knew I was standing there. After she was done, I again was ignored. Finally when one lady addressed me, she told me I needed to go next door. Very unfriendly. I went next door. The lady up front also appeared unhappy and/or miserable. I think it may be a requirement for their front desks. On the convenient side, a sick kid came in right away with a horrible cough and kept coughing without a mask, and nothing was said. I was called back quickly, which was nice. The male RN was nice. The NP was kind, but ended up telling me I didn't need an antibiotic for what I came. I was given a prescription for something I could take overcounter. I ended up having to go through my primary. My primary tested me for the same thing and found I did need an antibiotic. So I ended up waiting a week for the antibiotic while suffering. I will not be going back. I will go to urgent care if I need to. Not a good experience....
Read moreWe took our son here on Saturday to be sure his mild cold symptoms were nothing more than that. I was told Saturday AND Sunday when I called back for covid results, that he was negative for RSV. Twice. Two separate phone calls. Fast forward to Wednesday, day care asked for his negative results so they didn't need to be concerned about his cold symptoms. So, I go to get them printed out and the receptionist who was very kind tells me that he was actually positive for RSV. So, we had sent our child to school unknowingly with RSV. I was told that some kind of blue bubble or blue font in their computer system led the person on the phone (twice), to interpret he was negative but she never bothered to open the results. Now, three other children in his class have RSV. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. This would be even worse had his covid result been communicated to me...

My Dr office is right next door in suite B but I can't see him until next week. Very frustrating. Do better UH!!! They don't have a...
