Ruby's Smoke Shop is unlike your average smoke shop in the best way possible. Their customer service stands out as they take the time to explain their products and how to use them properly. When I visited the shop, I was looking for a pipe, bong, and some additional items like Zinn pouches and rolling papers. A young man, whose name I don't know, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

He took the initiative to showcase various glass-on-glass setups and asked about my overall desired setup. With his guidance, we gathered all the items I needed, and to my surprise, at an amazing price. The bong I purchased is of exceptional quality, on par with some very expensive Jerome Baker and Roor German bongs I've owned in the past. Finding such high-quality products at Ruby's was a pleasant surprise.

What's even more impressive is that this shop was recommended to me by my hippie mother, who is 70 years old, and she had nothing but good things to say about Ruby's. Now, having experienced it firsthand, I completely understand why she speaks so highly...

If you want your money’s worth, be careful what you shop for.

I came here specifically for wraps, only to be sold a dry, unusable pack. I usually get the Camo brand and have never had an issue—until now, and at this shop in particular. The wraps were so dry they crumbled right out of the package.

When I brought it up, instead of offering a refund or letting me exchange for a fresh pack, I was told they “lose profit” and nothing could be done. So basically, I’m expected to spend more money just to risk getting another faulty pack—with no guarantee of support.

Choose wisely or avoid this shop altogether to save yourself...
