Customer Service is ok. The customer rep who my husband & I purchased the ring from never remembers me, not even 2 days after our pretty hefty purchase. Communication is spotty. They do not answer their phones much and do not send updates to you about the status of your ring when it is being resized. My ring sat at their store a week before I found our it was there. I had to go into the store myself to figure out where my ring was at. If you purchased a diamond engagement ring, you would imagine they would be more apt to allowing to test the diamond when picking up your ring, after having it sized. Diamonds are not cheap, you want to ensure your diamond is still on tact upon pick up. A couple staff members are not very knowledgeable about stones, gold or about sizing rings. They sized my rings wrong & tried to blame me for their mistake --- so unprofessional.🤦🏻♀️. I have had to resize my engagement ring 2x after initial purchase due to how it fit inside the wedding band. This is an issue especially when your ring has diamond channel settings. When I tried to share this knowledge with my rep, she was completely disinterested. She should not be in the jewelry business if she has no interest in it all all, it just affects the buyers experience.
I could go on but these are the major issues I have with Helzberg. I totally love my ring but wish we purchased it from another store. Will not support this store in the future with anymore purchases.

I had a problem with the ring diamonds due to them falling out, they sent it in and then my band broke pissing me off to the max because I mean its my promise ring you know? I was greeted and welcomed with open arms and smiling faces! Bianca and J first welcomed and greeted me and were very helpful with assisting all my needs. J helped me find and ultimately land on my wonderful jewelry selections which I am overly impressed and amazed by. She is amazing! Bianca was also a huge help with taking additional care to clean my old jewelry. Randy was the store manager who oversaw the purchase and handled my trade in. Randy is the type of manager that any cooperation would be proud to have running a store like the one he is professionally running at the Bakersfield location.
Lastly, the store associates, Randy, and his assistant manager, David made the overall experience feel like a family affair with open arms when I in to purchase my jewelry last!
