Gave 4 stars because of the outstanding service by the sales people. Both made me feel like old friends they were so happy to see again. They helped tremendously is showing items and arranging for shipment of one piece they did not have in the store. Really great experience. My reasons for not giving a perfect 5 stars is the shipping fiasco. We live in a small village where all must have a post office box for U.S. Mail; only FedEx and UPS come right to the door. But the register could not fit both addresses on their system and only the warehouse knows how the item will be sent. So of course, the item is now tracking to the PO Box, but coming by UPS. Now, must get further involved because only the sender can make changes, not the recipient. In today's technology, really, a cash register that cannot fit a two-line address for delivery? That means no more purchases of out of stock items so to save these...
