Excellent customer service!!! All three employees ( two female one male) all were a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly and honest with amazing smiles. I brought my commitment ring in to get resized for my middle finger 😳. It actually bothered my ring finger because I found out the white gold diamond ring was hollow and the holes in the back would collect everything even my missing socks. Luckily they were able to fill some of it and my ring looks amazing. I honestly took it to a different store first that wanted to charge me an outrageous price to get resized and the wait was over five weeks. So I walked out. Then I was told about Roco’s so I checked them out. They quoted me a much more reasonable price and we’re honest about it so I decided to get my ring filled as well. I took it in on Monday and by Thursday I received a text message my ring was finished and ready for pickup. I could not be happier with the outcome. I even think it looks better than when I first purchased the ring 20 years ago. I definitely recommend and will definitely be returning...

They, and their very caring and knowledgeable employees, always know your name and are very friendly and professional. They do an excellent job showing us any jewelry we are interested in, and explaining all the ways you can purchase their beautiful gems that will fit your budget. They also repair, check for any problems, and clean all my jewelry, and it looks brand new when I get it back. I am so happy with Roco's Jewelry, the owners are so generous and caring, and have done so much for our family. When our daughter was getting married, they custom made an absolutely beautuful wedding set, for her wedding day. Went into Rocos today to get my wife a nice gift for hers and mine wedding anniversary. First I gotta say the two jewelers that was thier was amazing. Was treated like we were friends for ever. The Ring that I picked out was very beautiful but was more than I could afford. The Gentleman that helped me saw that I really wanted that particular ring so instead of letting me walk out empty handed with no gift he told me too hang on and let him see what he could do for me on the price of the ring i really loved. After a minute or two he comes back with a price that was very reasonable and lets say I didn't walk out empty handed without a gift.i got the ring. I want to say thank you so much for helping make my wife the happiest wife in the world.and helping me too achieve that.
