Long version: I was not disappointed one bit. The trompo had a savory delicious taste. And man... The Tripas... OMG 🤤. I left happy and wanting to eat more! I will be back.

I had 3 Tacos of each Tripas and Trompo.

The Tripas were nicely fried to a crunch and the trompo tasted of fire grilled and packed with flavor. The salsas are amazing too. I poured on the red and a mix sometimes of both of them.

The food here is amazing. I ordered tacos de tripa dorados, and let me tell you, they're crunchy and yummy. I also ordered tacos de lengua. They were soft, flavorful, and juicy. My husband got al pastor and liked them too. They serve the tacos with grilled onions and with fresh onion y cilantro and a grilled Serrano pepper. They bring you salsa to the table with your food.
