My wife was leaving for a trip and wanted to take a specific watch. The watch battery was dead so I looked up reviews and took the watch to the mall.

It was 2pm Saturday. I went to the other two jewelry stores. Both said I would have to leave the watch because the jeweler was not in. At one of the stores, I waited some time as the staff bantered with a "tire kicker" for the high-end sale.

I wish I remembered the name of the person at Empire who helped me. He was working alone and replaced the battery. He also fixed an inexpensive bracelet that my wife wanted to give our granddaughter for no extra charge. I was done in less then 10 minutes.

Every time I come to Empire the guys there show me so much love and always give the best deals depending on how much I want to spend.. I can’t think of the guys name but he makes sure everytime I stop by I leave with something nice and I really appreciate it.. Customer service is a lost art in this day and age and I’m a firm believer in what Maya Angelou said that “People may not remember what you said or did, but they’ll NEVER forget how you made them feel.” Much love and respect to all the employees at Empire Jewlery…🤝 Oh yeah and on another note.. Last time I was there I accidentally left my debit card 💳 and they made sure to put it in the safe until I came back the next day to pick it up… Small things go a long way....

Really love the customer service experience and the wide selection of jewelry. My hubby to be and I stopped by to see what selections they had to offer and immediately fell in love with a wedding trio set! While making the purchase the salesman was very kind enough to throw in a beautiful pair of studs. All in all very reasonable price for the trio set that also comes with warranty if anything might happen with one of the diamonds falling out etc. definitely will return for more beautiful jewelry in the...
