Mr. Case & Fix — Local services in Ballenger Creek

This is going to be a long one.

This store sold me two phone cases that they told me would be MAGSAFE. Those cases were not MagSafe that I asked if they were and they said they were. I spent $114 on a unitemized receipt that they refuse to give store credit or honor the literal words on their desk.

The iPhone 13 Max Pro I got a screen protector on and it’s not even the right screen protector for it (You can see the gap clearly where the screen meets the camera) When we got the phone cases and screen protecters installed (The owner and a younger guy installed them) we never got a box for our case. They then told us we can’t return them if they don’t have the box…. WE NEVER GOT ONE SO HOW?

Tried to go back and fix the issue AFTER we called the owner of the store. Went there. He’s not there. We tell the lady we just talked to the owner on the phone and he said he would be there. He’s not there. Cool. Fine. We pick out a new case that is MAGSAFE and the lady seriously tries to charge when we were trying to return the cases that DONT WORK. We have spent $100’s of dollars here.

Any problem we had, they tried to say didn’t happen or whatever… we have receipts…

The owner literally said he didn’t know what MagSafe was but literally sells MagSafe cases and told us it was MagSafe cases AT PURCHASE. To literally say we lied when you have cameras and when we have a problem with your product do you realize how immature and just fraudulent you look?

OVERPRICED. NO WARRANTY . NO RETURNS. It’s like you never even shopped here! I have more words but I’m done. Really upset. I’ve included a PICTURE EXPLAINING what MAGSAFE is so maybe you can EDUCATE YOURSELF ON YOUR OWN PRODUCTS! ◡̈

I wouldn't give any stars if that were possible. They get one star just because of the first interaction I had with one of the staff. The first person I dealt with was very nice. It was a young man. I bought a Note 8 phone case from him. Later the same day the stones from the case started coming loose. I called later to let them know that the stones were coming loose. The owner told me he could not return the item, but that he could give me a store credit. I said that is fine. I went back to the store to exchange the item and the owner totally changed up on me. He told me he could not exchange it because it was damaged. I told him what he told me on the phone. Then he told me he didn't say what he said. He was so rude. He went as far as to insult my intelligence and told me if I didn't know how to use a phone then I shouldn't have bought it. (I am a well educated woman) Them he started getting loud with me and arguing with me. Telling me it's too bad he is not accepting the exchange and that it was my fault the case was damaged. Then he started talking about how he was a business man and he knows business. So I informed him that I was a business woman and that I would never behave to a customer the way he was behaving. He was so rude! It was just terrible! I will never in life step foot back into this store ever again. I am assuming that these reviews must come from interacting with someone other than the owner because the owner deserves no stars. I do not recommend this...

Mr. Case &Fix is truly an excellent and reliable place for device repairs, Apple or Android devices. I have taken my iPad and Samsung tablets with broken screens and water damage to them for repair, they fixed it. I have been going to Mr Case and Fix for the past 3 years. This is the place for me.
