Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Ballenger Creek

Overall, this place is nice, but it could improve. It's a little kiosk conveniently located in the center of FSK mall. It's been a big deal to the boba drinkers I know. My partner loves the drinks here. They're highly customizable and the menu board is actually close-up and readable (for all the sight impaired individuals who worry about this). There's no pressure to order quickly since the employees can't really see you from the counter until you want to order (the menu boards are front and center).

I have noticed the employees here tend to be snippy, they seem drained and annoyed. I can't blame them, though. I would be too; standing at a cash register with uninterrupted white noise, trying to be within the line of sight for a potential customer, with limited interaction. Plus it's 1 or 2 people working in a small area; isolated and bored, OR stuck in a box with someone else.

Biggest recommendation: boost staff morale. if your staff is happy, your customers are more satisfied and excited to return. Put a seat back there, preferably at the register. Maybe have a speaker...

Absolutely lovely place with amazing workers! The workers are kind and assist in all your orders! Even though they only have one size, they make sure to accommodate if possible, plus they have adorable merch! The peach bag and topper as well as Kung Fu Panda stickers always puts a smile on the kiddos faces! Not to mention how thoroughly they clean the place! The youngsters running the place are so peppy and it’s great seeing their lively attitudes! Their smiles are contagious! 10/10 would order...

Most of the employees here look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. I watched one employee take my drink from the machine, then pour it sloppily into the cup, spilling it completely all over the outside of my cup. When she went to add the seal on top, I couldn't see her and assumed she would rinse it clean, but no. Both of my drinks were sticky and I had to go rinse them myself in the bathroom. Terrible service. Also terribly overpriced....
