Owner was rude and dismissive. Not good customer service at all. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Edited to Add: We didn’t care that you didn’t want to buy what we had 🙂 it was when we asked what the value was and the owner said “I mean I guess I can look it up on eBay for you” with an attitude. There was another gentleman in the store that was very nice and it is unfortunate that he has to be associated with an owner that treats his customers the way we were treated. I wouldn’t say we “stormed out” rather than said we would spend our money elsewhere. We were planning to buy something and just brought the helmet along to see if there was any interest. Again, we know the Michael Vick “ship has sailed” as you so rudely stated. We received it for free and are just trying to get rid of it as we stated to the owner while we were in the store. I have never left a bad review for a company but to anyone who wants to risk dealing with this owner, to each their own 🙂. I actually like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe they were having a bad day if we are treated poorly in a business. But, your rude response to my short review is very telling about the business you run. Again, there was another gentleman in the store that was very nice, so if you choose to go to this store, just hope he is there and not the owner!

We stopped by a card store in Pacific, Mo which was VERY nice on the way home with extremely nice staff. They were not interested in the helmet either, but if anyone sees this I would recommend...

Definitely a little clownish with how they handle buying cards. I called them and they say we are not looking for anything specific. Just tell us your five best Cards and we will go from there. Hell, I think they are all my best. Why not just go through them and pick out what you think is best? What kind of nonsense is this? Never been asked that or told that at any card shop around the country that I’ve been to you all are the only ones. Just say you’re not interested next time and not waste my time. Then they want to tell me that nobody has what we want high dollar ohtani rookies pujols rookies and I’m thinking well of course nobody wants to sell anything that valuable. Do you all think hi Dollar Otani and pujols rookie cards are just going to walk through your rinky-dink store doors on the daily?

Heard a lot of good things but was pretty disappointed with the customer experience. I was in town from out of state and I drove nearly an hour across town to check out their shop.

Even told them I was just visiting when I called in advance to ask if they buy cards. So I'm looking forward to it.

Then as soon as walk in the door "do you have a mask? You need a mask"

No I don't have a mask. You could have mentioned that on the phone!!

The dude who walked right up to me asking that was just at the other end of the store talking to another dude WHO WASN'T WEARING A MASK.

I just left. Wasn't even trying to get into explaining how stupid the mask logic is.

Needless to say, if I move to town and they even lift that mask rule, I'll never do...
