I chose them because they feature hydrangeas on their site. I wanted to treat my mother to her favorite flower, the hydrangea. I ordered the $45 hydrangeas and on the card wrote to enjoy her favorite hydrangeas. She sent me a photo, however instead of hydrangeas they were Mandevillas. They sent my mother Mandevillas and stuck a card in stating “enjoy the hydrangeas.” I got no call or email to advise of this swap out, and am embarrassed to my mother. I called to inquire about it and they asked for my contact info, telling me theyd call me back regarding the matter. Five hours later I’ve received no call. Poor Service I placed a order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral home on 1/5/2021I received an email stating that the flowers had been delivered however the flowers were not there. I called the shop the lady acted like she didn't know what happened saying they have never had issues before. The funeral home confirmed they were not delivered even showed me the sign in book. When I call back the lady then doesn't answer. She however sends me text. Very interesting after texting I call back and told her I wanted a refund she acted like that was going to happen.
