Everyone talks about how great B-More Licks is, so we tried it right away after moving here and it was pretty good the first time, but after trying other places in the area, I've realized it's only a little better than average. Their ice cream is really good, but I have also definitely had better. The sheer massiveness of their menu is also doing them a disservice when it comes to customer service. Literally the second you walk up someone asks if you know what you want, or if you have any questions, even if you stand to the back of the sidewalk trying to make it obvious that you're going to need a solid minute just to process the insanity of their 5 different menus. They further exacerbate their customer service issues by helping customers at every window, but then inviting the next customer up prior to delivering the first customer's order. If you're going to take back to back orders, you need to keep one window open for picking up your order only, and the rest for taking orders; if you don't want to have a pickup window, then you need to complete the entire order before inviting more customers up to the window. I don't want someone to reach over me with someone else's food while I'm trying to make an order, especially during a pandemic. All in all, this place would be great if there weren't so many other options nearby, but their flavors are a little on the artificial side, and their customer service is a little lacking. Good ice cream, but there's plenty of room for...

In an ice cream saturated market, Bmore Licks in Fed Hill shines for unique flavors and vegan options. Even a gluten free cone.

Typically 3 or 4 non dairy options, some are just vegan versions of their dairy flavors which the staff say are sometimes even better (creamier)! Highly recommend the dole whip for a fruity and lighter treat.

Kiddie cup is more than enough for anyone because they scoop generously. The wall inside is the best place to pick a flavor because of the descriptions. They can also do a variety of soft serve which they flavor on the spot, so it's one size only. Mango soft serve is not very good by the way.

Dipped waffle cones, brownies and sundaes look like a real indulgence. Bring your insulin or plan to hike up to the top of Fed Hill Park and walk some laps, because the location is great. There's a bit of paid street parking, but you can roll the dice and pop in without getting a ticket.

Preferred to moo cows and taharka for the variety and...

Over the past few months I have come to love your establishment but was disappointed when i visited a couple days ago. I was accompanied by my friend, she had never been to you shop before so i was excited to have her experience your delightful ice cream. Initially she ordered a strawberry milkshake but her order was refused for the reason that they were closing soon. We had shown up 20 mins before closing time. That is no reason to refuse customer service especially when ordering a simple menu item. Anyway my friend changed her order to just strawberry ice cream on a cake cone and was disappointed once again when she noticed the texture of the ice cream was buttery which is a sign of it being over churned. I hope you guys do a better job at inspecting the quality of your product and improve your employees mindset to take pride in accommodating and pleasing their customers even when they may not feel...

This is one of the best ice cream shops I've even been to. I had been to the one near Patterson Park once before I moved to Baltimore, so I'm really happy they ended up opening another location right by my house in Fed! With 100+ flavors and a few vegan flavors, there is something for everyone. Today my bf and I got the peanut butter dog ice cream for our pup and she lost. her. mind. It was actually a pretty big portion so we're going to ration it over the next few days. I love that everytime I come here or even just pass by, there are happy dogs everywhere. Really, the only con about this place is that they are SO popular that there is often a long line, especially on weekends and warm evenings. But trust me - it's worth the wait!

I heard a lot of good things about this place and decided to check it out one day. They have a ton of flavors to choose from! It looks like maybe they get removed from rotation when they are out so I wasn’t sure if what I wanted was going to be there or not which was stressful! I walked in and was hoping to try a few flavors that I’d never heard of before my final decision but like 30 seconds after I walked in there were 8 new people in the store. I didn’t want to hold anyone up so I ordered the cookie butter ice cream as a single cup. It was okay. Not my favorite flavor but also not the worst. I’d like to give some other flavors a try if I ever came back to Baltimore.
