I was having a wonderful shopping experience with the staff today. They were helping me figure what type of arrangement to get for my impromptu wedding with my soon to be. I mean really we were all smiles. Less than a minute passed, then the owner stepped in and basically told me to hurry up and make up my mind. I have to laugh because I know she may not know how rude she was. It seemed she did not care for her staff helping as they were. Too bad because I work around the corner and I like to send flowers and the service to that point was great. The owner's approach was such a 360 from how things were going lol. I'm sure this was just a bad day for her customer service wise. I left initially, then returned to ask for an owner. This is when I found she was actually the owner smh. Needless to say, I felt defeated. I mean give me a break lol. This rude person is the owner lol? So I asked her why she thought it was ok to rush me as she did. Then, she cut me off and asked me to follow her out of the store. She was putting me out lol. So the moral to this story is if a customer comes into this store and does not know exactly what they want; they will be asked to leave. If the same person has a complaint about customer service; they will be asked to leave. Just leave!#WeHaveToDoBetter #IHopeTheyDoBetter...

Enchanted petals absolutely saved our memorial/celebration of life party by sending the most beautiful variety of flowers! The owner was so helpful when I was freaking out that the other floral delivery companies would not arrive on time. We were setting up our own arrangements in vases down long tables and all I had to do was explain our vision and the owner matched it completely! Each vintage bud vase was able to have a unique bouquet accented by lovely greenery, with varying heights and colors to bring a fun fairy vibe to celebrate our effervescent friend. I was so lucky to find this florist, when googling florists in Baltimore, I called them first because I thought the name fit the theme of our party and wow I’m so glad I did. They went above and beyond, I will always use Enchanted for events in the future and cannot thank you enough! Everyone commented how beautiful the flowers looked and that our friend would have loved the wide variety of bright colors and greens! The owner was able to pull a variety that would fit in our budget and we are so grateful. Even after we brought the vases & flowers home they lasted over 2...

Never got flowers from them but the service was definitely 1 star worthy. I called with a last minute request, therefore I was very flexible with flower type and price- just wanted specific colors. The woman continued raising her voice asking what specific flowers I wanted when I told her I was very flexible and it was more a matter of time constraint. She was so rude and continued speaking to me like I was stupid. I told her “thank you for your time, have a nice day” and she continued talking about how my request wasn’t something she was able to do. I was understanding of that because of this being last minute but there was zero reason for her to be so rude and act offended...
