Everything about this boutique is FABULOUS! The superb customer service and variety of unique, stylish, and even comical merchandise set this store apart. There is truly something for everyone at Pandora's Box. What I like most about it are the items - if you've ever seen the HBO series "Insecure" - they remind me of things that probably some of the characters on the show would buy. Not only that, the items are well-made and durable. I bought a thick canvas tote last year that I've ended up using everyday, and it looks brand new! Not only was the lady who helped me very friendly but while I was in the store I dropped a gift card just bought worth $70 for my grandparents. When I called they let me know they found it. I am so thankful for their honesty seeing as money is tight and it means a lot to me to show my grandparents I love them. Not only that but they saved me a pretty long ride + $8 in tolls to drive and get it because they agreed to mail it. I'm so thankful for both the lady and daughter. I heard so much about this place so I checked out the website. I could tell I would enjoy the experience. I got on Google maps and figured I had plenty of time to shop my last day in Baltimore. I drove over after checking out of the hotel, paid to park , and walked in pouring rain. The lights were off and the door locked at 115p-ish in the afternoon. Now, the sign on the door said they were open and so did the voicemail when I called. Damn, I was very angry.
