We truly enjoy working with Seth Michael and confidently purchased the Luonto Fantasy King size sleeper couch and the Luonto Elevate Bunk Bed. Co-owner Michael was enthusiastic, thorough, professional, and very responsive and knowledgeable of his product line. The ordering process was simple, and delivery arrangements were easy to make. The level of customer service through their communications is unsurpassed! We purchased the King sleeper couch to be the only King size bed for our guests in our new lake home and it is used by the taller members of our family during their visits. The couch and bunk bed arrived as promised and the inside delivery was seamless. The look and the feel of the couch is perfect for the space it is in, it is very comfortable to sit on, and the fabric is first rate. We appreciate how easy it is to convert it into to a king-sized sleeping bed with a simple one person lift and pull. The bed is moderately firm, but very comfortable to sleep on. We provide a 2-inch foam topper for our guests who prefer a plusher sleeping experience. The bunk bed is very spacious for seating as a couch and converts very easily into a perfect height bunk bed with camp mattresses that are comfortable enough for adults to sleep on. It is so rare today to actually talk to people who know their products and are willing to take the time to help you understand what the best solution for your needs will be. My wife and I live across the country from Baltimore and have a store near us that carries the Luonton products. The salesmen there had little knowledge about Lounton and limited options and only one-color option for immediate delivery. I chatted with Michael online and explained our needs and concerns and he talked us through each one. Their videos certainly helped us decide which couch would work best and then he took us through the delivery process and worked with us to make sure that the couch would fit through our narrow hall and doors. My husband and I moved to Baltimore last year in July and had passed by Miy Home several times on our way to different places. We kept telling each other that we needed to drop in and check the place out. We needed to purchase two small sofas and decided to go to Miy Home and see what they had to offer in selections. Long story short we ended up purchasing the sofas there. Seth was great and helped us pick out the perfect fabric for our sofas. We found out shortly after that that the manufacturer had discontinued one of the fabrics we had chosen, but Seth was gracious enough to offer to come by our place and bring more fabric samples.
