AT&T Store — Local services in Baranof Island

Upon entering this store, I was greeted by Alan within five minutes. He was able to Identify and solve the problems that I was experiencing with my iPhone, and I watch being unable to synchronize. In addition, he was able to streamline other issues with my AT&T bill, making it a lot easier to understand. It’s Exceptional to find someone in a telephone service branch that actually knows what they are doing, and can get it solved within one visit…… I highly recommend if you have to go into the Sitka office, that you asked for Alan specifically. Mac answered a huge range of questions regarding purchase of a new phone and different cell phone plan options and cases as well as international calling plans. We went in hoping to lower and consolidate our bill. Allen was soooo helpful, and we were shocked at how much he was able to do. He helped identify anything we weren’t utilizing, and clearly helped us decided what we needed and didn’t. He was quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. I’d recommend him to anyone. By the end of our short visit, we had our bill cut by almost a third, with no detriment to our service at all, just keeping what we actually use and need.
