We are currently on a Royal Caribbean cruise through southeast Alaska and were about to start one of our excursions to the Fortress of the Bear. Before we left we wanted a quick lunch before it and saw this tent across the street serving Thai food. We ran over and discovered some of the most amazing food we’ve had on our trip so far! Their choice of food was Tom Kha Gai with chicken and blue rice and it was heavenly! Just the right amount of spice and they gladly refilled our rice when we had a lot of broth left. They even provided a free sample of their milk tea, I believe, that was the perfect finish for the meal. So glad we found this new little restaurant and everyone should definitely...

Such a wonderful surprise! I spent the past two weeks traveling SE Alaska and eating non stop seafood, and this was easily the best seafood I've had. I had sampler halibut and salmon and both were incredibly fresh and tender. The coconut curry was delicious and the purple rice unlike any I've had, so much flavor. My husband loved the pad Thai and cod roll. I wish I had taken pictures because dishes were also beautiful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We showed up just before close and he spent time explaining their ingredients where they come from (literally fresh off the boat), why, etc. I love people who have such well deserved pride in the food they put out....

this food truck is hands down one of my boyfriend and i’s favorite spots. the food is always fresh, super flavorful, and consistently delicious—especially the Panang chicken, which i get every time (it’s that good).

the people running the truck are incredibly kind and welcoming. every time we go, they make us feel like part of the family. the service is fast, friendly, and just makes the whole experience even better.

the outdoor seating area is also a huge plus—relaxed, clean, and a great place to enjoy your food. if you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously...

I have traveled the world and have experience a lot of food in different cultures. I lived in Thailand for a short time and really enjoyed the food there. When I came to Sitka I found this place to be the most amazing Thai food I've ever had in the US. So happy to have found the food that I love the most. If you find your self here in Sitka off a cruise ship you should definitely check this place out. You can find their menu on Facebook if you want to look ahead to see what they have. The couple that owns this are amazing and very friendly.
